Co TN in 1855. He was heir and administrator of will of MILTON VAUGHAN in 1838., Note how the
heirs of James Vaughan and Milton Vaughan are common:

The will for James Vaughan named widow Sally. It is assumed that this is the same James who m-l
Judith Hopkins. And m-2 Sally ?. It cannot be determined exactly who was the mother of each child,
but it is presumed that those named were children of Sally. Maybe a settlement had already been
made for Thomas (who at age 47 was living in McMinn Co.). John M. and Milton were already
deceased (see dates on wills). What do you think?
Would the children of James Vaughan and Judith Hopkins therefore been:
Thomas, John M. (will 1834), and Milton (will 1838)?
