George Vaughn was born in May 1857 in TN or VA depending on which census to believe. The May 1900 census says he was born in Robertson County, TN.
His son, Harry Edward Vaughn was born Sept.20, 1877 in TN. or KY. He died in May 1910.
His son, Samuel S. Briggs Vaughn was born July 26, 1906 in Nashville, TN. He married Clara Hart Vaughn. She was born Nov. 18, 1906 in Robertson County, TN.
Samuel Briggs Vaughn, Jr. was the person tested.
Note from Samuel Briggs Vaughn, Jr.: I can't find my notes on further research I did, but from memory I think the previous three generations back were Anderson P. Vaughn or Vaughan who migrated to TN, Ambrose Vaughan, Jr. and Ambrose Vaughan of VA.
