The VAUGHAN / VAUGHN / VAUGHEN /VON /VAUN Surname Y-chromosome, DNA Project was officially begun on January 12, 2004 when we registered with FamilyTreeDNA.com for our Group and were given the discounted rate for each individual test. The testing is for the Male Y-chromosome that is passed, only, from father to son. Therefore, the testing requires a Male with the surname of VAUGHAN, VAUGHN, VAUGHEN, VON, VAUN. Family Tree DNA of Houston, TX is our DNA testing company. They are leaders in their field and are associated with Dr. Michael Hammer, Ph.D., Geneticist, associate research scientist in the Division of Biotechnology at the University of Arizona. Our project goal is to
help in genealogically connecting our Vaughn-Vaughan-Vaughen-Von-Vaun-Veaughn
