178 Pages! Dec 1831 Petition. This is a nasty one! Petitioners Alfred J. Vaughan & Benjamin J. Vaughan, sons of Peter Vaughan; and Burwell Aldridge and his wife Martha Aldridge (widow of Peter). Peter E., son of Peter d. intestate leaving sons James B. Vaughan and Peter E. Vaughan. Alfred and Benjamin and their mother alleged were defrauded by the older siblings, who had claimed that Peter was not lawfully m. to Martha Boisseau. Requested the following be made defendants: Benjamin Boisseau, admr. of Lemuel H. & as gdn of his children James B. Vaughan & Benjamin B. Vaughan; James H. Boisseau, individually and as admr. of Thomas H. Boisseau, dec’d and as admr. d.b.n. of James B. Vaughan, dec’d.; Anna B. Cogbill (who d. during the case), formerly Vaughan; James P.
